- Details: The Supreme Court E-Library welcomes back users in Philippine law schools. The updated E-Library has more advanced security features and limits access of approved users in law schools. Approved users in law schools may only access the E-Library from their law library and only one user per law school may log in at a time.
In August 2006, The E-Library migrated to a new dedicated server for increased performance. A slowdown in July 2006 necessitated this migration. The slowdown was caused by excessive traffic from compromised usernames and passwords in law school accounts. Administrators of the E-Library temporarily denied access to all law school accounts until the security problems were addressed.
The E-Library was initially opened to users in Philippine law schools on 20 February 2006.
