Included are published and unpublished decisions of the Supreme Court from 1901 to the present. Also included are (1) Extended Resolutions that resolve a motion for reconsideration or those that explain or affirm a decision; and (2) Administrative Matters.
This is an ongoing project of the E-Library to retrieve the missing Supreme Court decisions from 1901-1945. The majority of the original decisions of the Supreme Court at the Reporter's Office were destroyed during the
Second World War. Volumes 9-10, 12 (1908), 13-14 (1909), 15-17 (1910), 18-20 (1911), 21 (1912), 56 (1931), 57 (1932), 58 (1932), 58 (1939) of the
Philippine Reports list all the unreported Supreme Court decisions. A search for these unpublished decisions was made in various libraries in the Philippines and in the United States. However, as the search continues, more unreported decisions have surfaced for the years not covered in the list found in the Philippine Reports.
