[ DPWH DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 231, November 11, 1991 ]
SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF J.A. LADORES CONSTRUCTION
Upon recommendation of the Regional Director, Region VI, DPWH, J.A. Ladores Construction and its proprietor are hereby suspended/blacklisted in the DPWH and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract of whatever nature as administrative sanction for the rescission of its contract for the construction of Dumalag Bridge, Dumalag, Capiz.
All concerned are also directed not to release any sum of money to J.A. Ladores Construction, its proprietor or anybody acting in its stead without prior clearance from the Secretary and pending final determination and satisfaction of its monetary obligations to the Government arising from the rescission of the herein mentioned contract.
This Order shall effect immediately and strict compliance herewith is enjoined.
Adopted: 11 Nov. 1991
