[ LRA CIRCULAR NO. 61-A, December 09, 1993 ]
AMENDING CIRCULAR NO. 61 DATED NOVEMBER 4, 1993
Whereas there are typographical errors made on pages 9, 10 and 11 of LRA Circular 61 dated November 4, 1993. Re: Increase in the rates of fees/charges payable to the Clerk of Court, the Sheriff, the Registrar of Deeds and the Land Registration Authority and fees for chattel mortgages, etc., authorized under P.D. 1529, the Property Registration Decree pursuant to B.P. 325 and approved by the Secretary of Justice;
Wherefore, the same are corrected to read as follows from:
With respect to specific transactions, the bases of the fees shall be the same as that fixed in Section 111 paragraph 17, (a) to (o) of P.D. 1529.
LRA Circular No. 61 dated November 4, 1993 is hereby amended accordingly.
For strict implementation effective immediately.
