CUSTOMS FEES AND CHARGES
It has been brought to the attention of this Office by some
exporters through the Export Development Council, Networking Committee
on Trade Policies and Procedures Simplification that unreceipted
stuffing/ICCO fees are being collected by unscrupulous persons.
In this connection, please be reminded that Customs fees and charges are only those specifically stated under pertinent Customs Administrative Orders.
Strict Compliance is enjoined.
