AMENDMENT OF CMO 30-2002 - GUIDELINES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPUTERIZED PROCESSING OF CONSUMPTION ENTRIES FOR WITHDRAWAL OF GOODS FROM BONDED WAREHOUSES



In order to fully automate and clearly define the procedures in the filing/processing of Consumption Entries from warehousing using ACOS, and to effectively monitor the withdrawal of warehouse goods for local consumption, the following provisions are hereby issued to amend specific provisions of CMO 30-2002:

1. Sec. 4.4.2 Entry Processing Unit shall forward the working copy to Warehousing Assessment Division (WAD) or its equivalent unit.

2. Sec. 4.5 Shall be amended from Formal Entry Division (FED) to Ware- housing Assessment Division (WAD)

All other provisions shall remain to be enforced.
