SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF CONSTRUCTIVE BUILDERS, INCORPORATED
Effective immediately, Constructive Builders, Inc. and its
officers/stockholders, to wit: (1) Benjamin C. Yu; (2) Conrado C. Yu;
(3) Benita L. Locsin; (4) Nenita L. Chua a.k.a. Choy Su Hua Lim; and (5)
Pablito B. Saquing, are hereby suspended/blacklisted from participating
in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and
its line agencies for committing the offense of falsification of public
document by making it appear in their copy of Temporary Certificate of
Renewal of Contractor's License dated July 1, 1989, which they submitted
in connection with their Confidential Prequalification Statements for
the proposed bidding of the contract for the complete construction of
one storey building modified (Type F) for San Fernando, La Union and
Tuguegarao, Cagayan, that they are also licensed for General
Engineering, the truth being that they are only licensed for General
Building only.
