IMPLEMENTATION OF SUPER GREEN LANE PROCEDURES AT NAIA



Pursuant to Customs Administrative Order No. 2-2000 and Section 608, Tariff am Customs Code of the Philippines, as amended, the "Super Green Lane" is hereby extended to cover the NAIA Customs District.

The provisions of Customs Memorandum Order No. 2-2000 shall apply at the NAI/ Customs District except for the following sections under Part Ill - "Administrative Provisions", "K.  Support Measures": K.2 and K.3.  For the NAIA implementation, these section are hereby replaced hereunder

2. Warehouse Operator- The concerned warehouse operator shall provide the necessary infrastructure to facilitate the delivery of SGL shipments to importers.

 3.Airline (Agent)/Freight Forwarders (Consolidators) - The concerned airline (agent)/freight forwarder (consolidator) shall ensure the advanced submission to BOC of the electronic inward cargo manifest of shipments consigned to SGL qualified importers prior to the shipment's arrival at the airport.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
