[ SRA SUGAR ORDER NO. 4, s. 1993-94, October 15, 1993 ]

RELEASE OF 1992-93 “C” AS “B” SUGAR



WHEREAS, there is a need to increase sugar stocks in the domestic market to meet the consumption requirements;

WHEREAS, the “C” Reserve sugar production from week ending April 11, 1993 to week ending May 2, 1993 is deemed sufficient;

NOW, THEREFORE, under and by virtue of the powers vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration, it is hereby ordered that:

SECTION 1.       “C” sugar produced from week ending April 11, 1993 to week ending May 2, 1993 are hereby released as “B” Domestic sugar. The corresponding “C” quedans shall be submitted to the mill company concerned and for the mill companies to surcharge the quedans, as follows:

For Withdrawal as “B” sugar per SRA SO No. 4, dated October 15, 1993

SECTION 2.       Sugar covered by this Sugar Order not withdrawn within forty five (45) days from October 22, 1993 will be charged storage fees.

SECTION 3.       This Sugar Order shall take effect October 22, 1993.

SECTION 4.       Provisions of sugar orders, circular letters, rules and regulations inconsistent with or contrary to this Sugar Order are hereby revoked amended or modified accordingly.
