AMENDING SECTION 4 OF DAO NO. 99-46 DATED NOVEMBER 18, 1999 WHICH PROVIDES THE REVISED REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE ENTRY AND DISPOSITION OF IMPORTED LOGS, LUMBER, VENEER, PLYWOOD, OTHER WOOD-BASED PANELS, POLES AND PILES, PULPWOOD AND WOOD CHIPS
In the interest of the service and in order to assist importers in
the entry of imported wood products as raw materials for their
processing plants, Section 4 of DAO No. 99-46 is hereby amended to
include the Port of Bislig in Surigao del Sur as one of the Ports of
Entry in Mindanao.
This Order takes effect immediately.
