INITIAL PROCEDURE IN THE MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL OF IMPORTED GOODS BROUGHT INTO THE BATAAN TECHNOLOGY PARK, INC. (BTPI)
Pending the adoption and signing of a Memorandum of Agreement by and between the BTPI and the Bureau of Customs in regard to the entry into and withdrawal of imported goods from ECOZONE, as well as examination and storage of goods therein, the District Collector, Port of Subic is hereby directed to adopt contingent measures for the proper monitoring/examination/supervision of goods so as not to hamper the initial operations of the BTPI.
