SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF PANGARAP CONST. CORPORATION
In view of the rescission by the District Engineer, Negros Oriental 2nd Engineering District, of the contract of the above named contractor for the concreting of Multi-Purpose Pavement at Candabong, Kauswagan, both of Manjuyod, Negros Oriental, because of highly intolerable negative slippages, PANGARAP CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and its officers/stockholders are hereby suspended/blacklisted for a period of one (1) year from entering into any contract or participating in any bidding in the DPWH and its line agencies.
In addition, pending final determination and settlement of Pangarap Construction Corporation’s liabilities, due to the rescission of its contract provided under PD 1870 and Clause 100 of the DPWH Standard specification 1988, all concerned are hereby ordered not to release any sum of money to the Pangarap Construction Corporation without prior clearance from the Secretary.
