SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF J.R. TECSON CONSTRUCTION
In view of the rescission by the Regional Director, DPWH Region VIII, of the contract of J. R. Tecson Construction for the Rehabilitation of Maharlika Highway, Km. 1008 + 680 to Km. 1023 + 180, with exceptions, along Mahaplag-Sogod Road, Sogod, Southern Leyte, due to intolerable negative slippage incurred, the said J. R. Tecson Construction and its Proprietor are hereby suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with this Department and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year effective immediately.
In addition, all concerned are ordered not to release any sum of money to J. R. Tecson Construction and its Proprietor pending settlement of its financial obligations in connection with its rescinded contract.
