[ DOH QUARANTINE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 5, January 11, 1951 ]

LANDING AT PORTS OF THE PHILIPPINES OF HUMAN CADAVERS AND/OR REMAINS



Section 3, paragraph 1, of Quarantine Administrative Order No. 4, dated September 25, 1950, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"3.     In addition to the above, the body of a person who died of cholera, plague, smallpox, typhus, yellow fever and other dangerous communicable diseases shall not be allowed to pass through quarantine until five years have elapsed since death and properly disinfected, and that an authentic certificate that such corpse was disinfected shall accompany the body."
