[ DTI ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 01, s. 1998, January 16, 1998 ]
REPEAL OF DAO NO. 8 SERIES OF 1996 AND SUB-SECTION 1.5 OF DAO NO. 2 S. OF 1989
WHEREAS, the Safety of Toys and the Packaging and Labelling Safety Requirements for toys with hazardous substances, e.g. electrical, mechanical or thermal hazards are under the regulation and jurisdiction of the Department of Health, pursuant to Art. 43 Chapter III Title II of R.A. 7394.
WHEREAS, there is a need to repeal DAO No. 8 Series of 1996 and sub-section 1.5 of DAO No. 2 Series of 1989.
NOW THEREFORE, DAO No. 8 Series 1996 and sub-section 1.5 of DAO No. 2 Series of 1989 are hereby repealed.
SECTION 1. This order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulations.
