(NAR) VOL. 1 NO.1 / JANUARY - MARCH 1990

[ DOH QUARANTINE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 23, March 13, 1956 ]



Pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Republic Act No. 123 and Articles 26.1 and 100 of the International Sanitary Regulations and Article 2.2 International Standards and Recommended Practices Facilitation Annex 9 to the Convention of International Civil Aviation, effective immediately this Office will discontinue the issuance of B.Q. Form No. 104 (Outgoing Quarantine Clearance) for outgoing aircraft.

Any airline company with outgoing aircraft shall apply for a quarantine clearance by submitting to the Director of Quarantine or his representative two (2) copies of the Outgoing Aircraft general Declaration duly accomplished not more than 12 hours before the expected time or departure.

If the outgoing aircraft is authorized to depart, an official stamp with the words "Departure Authorized" and signed by the quarantine officer at the airport shall be placed within the column "For Official Use Only' of the General Declaration.
