In pursuance of the new provisions of the POEA Book of Rules as well as for the objectives of system and clarity, the following implementing guidelines and procedures on PROVISIONAL ACCREDITATION are hereby issued:

2.  Failure to submit the required documents within 90 days shall mean the AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION of the previously granted provisional accreditation including all approved job orders.

3.  A notice of said cancellation shall be furnished the Contract Processing Department for their appropriate guidance and information.

4.  The Accreditation Department shall determine any grounds for misrepresentation in cases of cancelled accreditation and may recommend to the Licensing and Regulation Office action against the agency license.
