EXPIRED CPCS OF PUBS IN METRO MANILA



Effective immediately no application for a franchise to operate a PUB service in Metro Manila to appropriate the authorized line of an expired CPC shall be accepted, pending the issuance of policy guidelines therefor after a re-assessment of Metro Manila bus routes shall have been made.

Likewise, in line with Section 1 (b) of Administrative Order No. 202, dated 24 November 1988, no petition for extension of validity of an expired/expiring CPC of a PUB service in Metro Manila, with less than ten (10) units, shall be accepted.

Action on all applications for franchises to operate a PUB service in Metro Manila to appropriate the authorized line of an expired CPC and petitions for extension of validity of expired/expiring CPCs of PUB service with less than ten (10) units, already filed with this Board for consideration, shall be held in abeyance pending the adoption of a policy for the proper disposition thereof.
