[ DOH QUARANTINE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 50, November 15, 1979 ]

FEES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A DERATTING EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE BY THE BUREAU OF QUARANTINE



In compliance with the provisions of Section 1, p. 227 of the Special Provisions in the Budget of the Bureau of Quarantine under B.P. Blg. 1, effective 1 January 1980, fees shall be charged for rodent inspection of vessels performed by the Bureau of Quarantine and the issuance of the corresponding Deratting Exemption Certificate or Extension of Deratting/Deratting Exemption Certificate in accordance with the schedule of rates enumerated hereunder, subject to the usual accounting and auditing regulations.

A. Fees for the issuance of a Deratting Exemption Certificate, based on net tonnage of the vessel are as follows:

Vessels of less than 1,000 tons..... P120.00
Vessels of 1,001 to 2,000 tons..... P220.00
Vessels of 2,001 to 3,000 tons..... P330.00
Vessels of 3,001 to 4,000 tons..... P440.00
Vessels of 4,001 to 5,000 tons..... P550.00
Vessels above 5,000 tons.....         P550.00

 B. Fee for the issuance of an Extension of a Deratting/Deratting Exemption Certificate P120.00
