[ MTC RESOLUTION NO. 08, S. 1999, September 07, 1999 ]
FEES FOR INSPECTION, REINSPECTION AND ACCREDITATION OF COURSE PROGRAMS AND OTHER FEES
WHEREAS, based on Section 11.2 of Maritime Training Council Resolution No. 03, Series of 1998, fees are to be collected for the issuance of certificates of accreditation of course programs of training centers;
WHEREAS, under the same Resolution, the original one (1) year certificate of accreditation of a course program being issued to training centers is now extended to three (3) years from the date of said issuance;
WHEREAS, there is a need to consolidate, update and amend the Table of Fees for MTC Accredited Course Programs and other Fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above premises, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved that the MTC Secretariat shall collect new prescribed fees for accreditation of course programs, inspection, reinspection and other fees as enumerated in the attached “Table of Fees for MTC Accredited Course Programs and Other Fees”.
