EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS OF FILIPINO DOMESTIC HELPERS SUBJECT MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 12
In view of the need to streamline the deployment of Filipino domestic helpers to Hongkong, effective immediately, the model employment contract duly approved by the Immigration Office of Hongkong and endorsed by the Philippine Embassy in that country, shall prevail over other employment contracts submitted to the Administration for evaluation and approval. Said contract has been adopted by the POEA without amendment.
Individual employment contracts, however, shall still be subject to POEA Memorandum Circular No. 12, Series of 1987.
