AMENDMENTS TO RULES AND REGULATIONS ON GRAINS BUSINESS
SECTION 2. APPLICATION FEE — Upon securing an application, a new or renewal applicant for license and/or registration shall pay an application fee of One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) if he is engaged or is intending to engage in a single line of activity; but if he is engaged or intending to engage in two or more lines of activity in the rice and corn industry, he shall pay an application fee of One Hundred Fifty Pesos (P150.00). An application for registration shall be treated as a separate activity.
