AMENDMENT TO SUGAR ORDER NO. 6, SERIES OF 1994-95 BY CLASSIFYING BUSCO AND DACONGCOGON AS SUGAR MILLS WITH LOADING PORTS OR NEAR BULK TERMINALS
WHEREAS, there is a need to amend Annex "A" of Sugar Order No. 6, Series of 1994-95, showing the list of Sugar Mills Without Loading Ports or Near Bulk Terminals (Group II) as there are now mills near the loading ports/bulk terminals which are still classified under Group I of the aforesaid Annex “A".
NOW, THEREFORE, under and by virtue of the authority vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration, it is hereby ordered that:
SECTION 1. Effective immediately, the list of Sugar Mills Without Loading Ports or far from Bulk Terminals (Group I) and Sugar Mills With Loading Ports or near Bulk Terminals (Group II) appearing in Annex "A" of Sugar Order No. 6, Series of 1994-95, is hereby amended such that Busco and- Dacongcogon classified-under Group I of said Annex "A" are now classified under Group II, Sugar Mills With Loading Ports or near Bulk Terminals.
SECTION 2. Provisions of Sugar Orders, Circular Letters and other rules and regulations inconsistent with or contrary to this Sugar Order are hereby amended, modified or revoked accordingly.
