REVOCATION OF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 93-005 RE: SUBMISSION OF MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION REPORTED
In order to expedite the release to applicants of approved Certificates of Public Convenience (Decisions), without having to submit, as a pre-condition thereto, Motor Vehicle Inspections Reports (MVIR’s), the Board resolves, as it is hereby resolved, to revoke Memorandum Circular No. 93-005.
Henceforth, the Land Transportation Office shall continue to undertake the inspection of motor vehicles, both public and private, and register the same only if found roadworthy and fit for public service.
This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
