CHANGE OF IDENTITY AND FALSIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR PURPOSES OF DEPLOYMENT
Incidences of alleged change of identity and falsification of documents have been reported and brought to the attention of the Administration. You are hereby advised and warned that agencies, entities, persons who commit such offenses shall be dealt with accordingly before this Administration.
