CANCELLATION AND DISCONTINUANCE OF ANTI-DUMPING BOND ON 3.0 MM TINTED AND 4.0 MM CLEAR FLOAT GLASS



Attached is the 1st Indorsement (Text available at ONAR) dated May 24, 2000 of Undersecretary Cornelio C. Gison, Department of Finance endorsing the letter dated April 19, 2000 of the Chairman, Tariff Commission recommending for reasons stated therein the immediate cancellation and discontinuance of the anti-dumping bond imposed by this Bureau on the importation by Francisco Mirror Corporation of 3.0 mm Tinted and 4.0 mm Clear Float Glass from Indonesia per Clean Report of Findings issued on 25 March 2000 by SGS.
