Section 2 . The following provisions in the Fiber Industry Development Authority Revised Administrative Order No. 1 which was approved by the Office of the Secretary on October 16, 1999 and implemented on December 14, 1999 is hereby amended as:
1. Chapter V, Section 2, No. 5 be modified from “those exporting handicrafts” to “all processor exporters except those exporting pulp/paper.”
2. Second Paragraph Section 2, of same chapter which reads as “Industry Participants of fibers other than abaca shall be charged 20 percent lower”, be deleted.
3. All other Fees and Charges currently imposed not covered by this Order shall continue to be collected.
