[ DA ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 09, S. 2000 (National Stud Farm), March 30, 2000 ]

REVISION OF SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICES RENDERED BY THE NATIONAL STUD FARM



Pursuant to Section 54, Chapter 12, Book IV of Executive Order No. 292 (Administrative Code of 1987) and pursuant to Executive Order No. 197 issued by the Office of the President dated January 13, 2000, mandating the increase of fees and services by not less than 20%, the following schedule of fees and charges for services rendered at the National Stud Farm is hereby promulgated for the information and guidance of all concerned.

Section 1.       Registration of Horses, Stud Book Return, Annual Stallion Return and Certifications . For the issuance of Certificate of Registration for stallion, broodmare and foals and for processing of the Stud Book Return, Annual Stallion Return and other certifications, the following are the standardized fees:

a.         Application for Stallion Registration

Section 3.       Repealing Provision . All orders, rules and regulations, which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Order, are hereby repealed.

Section 4.       Effectivity . This Order shall take effect upon the date of approval.
