AMENDMENT TO MEMO CIRCULAR NO. 91-007 ON FLEXIBILITY IN BUS OPERATIONS AS AMENDED BY MEMO CIRCULARS NOS. 91-007-A AND 93-004



To complement Memorandum Circular No. 95-013, suspending the acceptance of CPC applications for bus services traversing EDSA and on provincial routes to Metro Manila, which was issued in view of the traffic rationalization policies, plans and on-going measures in Metro Manila of the Metro Manila Development Authority, it is hereby directed that Metro Manila bus operators shall not divert  their franchised and registered buses from their originally designated routes in Metro Manila to Epifanio delos Santos Avenue or any portion thereof, but may divert their EDSA authorized and registered buses to other bus routes in Metro Manila where they are likewise holders of CPC’s.

This Memorandum Circular amends Memo Circulars Nos. 91-007, 91-007-A and 93-004 and shall, pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11 dated October 9, 1992 take effect fifteen (15) days after filing of three (3) copies hereof with the U.P. Law Center.
