ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES ON THE RENEWAL OF EXPIRED ARTIST RECORD BOOKS (ARBS)
Further to Memorandum Circular No. 04, Series of 1998, the following
additional guidelines on the renewal of expired Artist Record Books
(ARBs), are hereby promulgated:
Expiring Artist Record Books (ARBs) with substantial unused pages may be extended subject to the same requirements and procedures for renewal.
Replacement of ARBs shall only be done after full usage of the pages thereof.
This issuance shall take effect immediately.
