[ LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 90-010, April 02, 1990 ]

ONE LINE/ROUTE AND STARTING POINT FOR EACH CPC APPLICATION FOR ALL TYPES OF PUBLIC SERVICES UNDER JURISDICTION OF THE LTFRB



For the expeditious and judicious resolution of applications for certificates of public convenience to operate all types of transportation service under the Board's jurisdiction, no application shall contain more than one specific line or route and starting point.

Henceforth, all applications for CPCs to operate bus and jeepney services shall contain only one specific line or route while applications for other types of transportation services shall have only one starting point or origin.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately and repeals any circular inconsistent with it.
