[ CPA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01-03, January 23, 2003 ]
AMENDMENT OF THE POLICY ON FREE STORAGE PERIOD FOR DOMESTIC CARGOES
Pursuant to the approved Board Resolution No. 051-2002 of the Cebu Port Commission re Revision of the Free Storage Period (FSP) for Domestic Cargoes, hereunder are the new prescribed periods:
I. Breakbulk/Bulk Cargoes
a) Incoming -One (1) Calendar Day after the day the cargo is discharged from the carrying vessel. b) Outgoing -Two (2) Calendar Days prior to the day that the carrying vessel is scheduled to arrived. c) Shut-out -Two (2) Calendar Days after vessels departure.
II. Containers
a) In-Loaded - One (1) Calendar Day after the day the container isdischarged.b) In-Empty - One (1) Calendar Day from day of discharge.c) Out-Loaded - Two (2) Calendar Days prior to the day that the carrying vessel is scheduled to arrive.d) Out-Empty - Two (2) Calendar Days prior to the day that the carrying vessel is scheduled to arrive.e) Stripped Containers - One (1) Calendar Day after stripping.f) Shut-Out - Two (2) Calendar Days after vessel's departure.g) Loaded Containers coming from outside the Port Areas - Two (2) Calendar Days prior to the day that the carrying vessel is scheduled to arrive.
This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication.
