MORATORIUM IN THE ACCEPTANCE, PROCESSING AND ISSUANCE OF DECISIONS OF APPLICATIONS FOR ISSUANCE OF CPC FOR PUJ DUAL SERVICE COVERING INTER-REGIONAL ROUTES
The Board has noted numerous applications filed for PUJ DUAL service covering inter-regional routes and forwarded to the Board for approval.
In view of the foregoing, and in order for the Board to assess the continued existence of public need for this kind of service, the Board hereby orders a moratorium in the acceptance, processing and issuance of decisions of applications for issuance of CPC for PUJ Dual service covering inter-regional routes, including those already submitted for decision and awaiting Board approval, unless otherwise ordered by the Board. 0PUJ Dual services within a specific region, on the other hand, may be allowed.
All issuances, policies and circulars inconsistent with the foregoing are hereby revoked and rendered without any force and effect.
This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
