REPEAL OF PHILHEALTH CIRCULAR NO. 12, S. 2001
With the effectivity of the 2004 IRR last July 1, PhilHealth Circular No. 12, s. 2001 which directed all accredited institutional health care providers to acquire the 2000 IRR at a cost of P25.00 has become moot and academic.
Initially, the 2004 IRR may be downloaded from the Corporation's website at www.philhealth.gov.ph. Printing of the hard copies is underway and will soon be disseminated free of charge to all stakeholders nationwide.
PhilHealth also enjoins the management of institutional health care providers to keep all its staff members duly informed on policies relative to the implementation of the National Health Insurance Program (NHIP).
