[ CSC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1-A, April 14, 1997 ]
AMENDMENT OF CSC MC NO. 1, S. 1997 (QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS –FIRST REVISION)
Pursuant to CSC Resolution No. 97-2418 dated April 11, 1997, the Civil Service Commission, has amended Item No. 7 of Resolution No. 97-0404 (MC No. 1, s. 1997) to read as follows:
“Holders of the degree of Bachelor of Laws, Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Dental Medicine/Dental Surgery and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with corresponding RA 1080 (BAR/BOARD) eligibilities shall also be considered for permanent appointment to Division Chief positions not covered by special laws provide they meet the other requirements of the position.”
This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
Adopted: 14 Apr. 1997
