REVIVAL OF UTILITY MODEL AND INDUSTRIAL DESIGN APPLICATIONS FILED OR ELECTED FOR PROSECUTION UNDER R.A. 8293 AND WITHDRAWN BEFORE THE EFFECTIVITY OF OFFICE ORDER NO. 09
Subject to the compliance with the requirements under Rule 453,
Office Order No. 09: "Amendments to the Rules and Regulations on utility
Models and Industrial Designs," Utility Model and Industrial
applications which were withdrawn prior to 01 June 2000 (effectivity of
Office Order No. 09), may be revived within four (4) months from 01 June
2000, or until 01 October 2000, without any extension.
Mr. Eduardo Joson, Records Officer II, is hereby directed to immediately file three (3) certified copies of Memorandum Circular with the University of the Philippines Law Center.
