RESOLUTION NO. R-591, APPROVING THE MAPPING GUIDELINES AND REPORT WRITING GUIDELINES, AS VOL. VII AND VOL. VIII, RESPECTIVELY, OF THE GUIDELINES FOR THE FORMULATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN, FIFTH REVISED EDITION

<div align="justify">
1.         The Board of Commissioners approved on 18 December 1996 under the above resolution the following documents which form part of the Guidelines for the Formulation of a Comprehensive Land Use Plan (GFCLUP), Fifth Revised Edition:

a.         Mapping Guidelines (Vol. VII, GFCLUP), attached as Annex A* hereof; and

b.         Report Writing Guidelines (Vol. VII, GFCLUP), attached as Annex B* hereof.

2.         The Field Operations Support Group and the Regional Field Offices are hereby directed to take measures to ensure the widest dissemination of the above guidelines to the LGUs.

For your guidance, information and appropriate action.

Approving the Mapping Guidelines and Report Writing Guidelines, as Vol. VII and Vol. VIII, Respectively, of the Guidelines for the Formulation of a Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Fifth Revised Edition

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mapping Guidelines, hereto attached as Annex A, and the Report Writing Guidelines, Annex B hereof, constituting Volume VII and Volume VIII respectively, of the Guidelines for the Formulation of a Comprehensive Land Use Plan, be APPROVED, as the same are hereby APPROVED.
