[ DDB BOARD REGULATION NO. 1, s. 1983, January 19, 1983 ]
FURTHER AMENDING BOARD REGULATION NO. 5, S. 1979 AS AMENDED BY BOARDS REGULATION NO. 4, S. 1982 (RE: CONFISCATION AND/OR ESCHEAT OF LANDS AND/OR GREENHOUSES)
Pursuant to the powers vested in it by Section 36(a) of Republic Act
No. 6425, as amended, and in conformity with the amendments to Section 9
of the said Act introduced under BP Blg. 179, the Dangerous Drugs Board
hereby amends the penultimate paragraph of Section 1 of Board
Regulation No. 4, s. 1982 which amended Board Regulation No. 5, s.1979,
to read as follows:
"The apprehending team shall forward this report to the SOLICITOR GENERAL together with the physical evidence, if there be any. THE SOLICITOR GENERAL OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE SHALL INSTITUTE THE ESCHEAT PROCEEDINGS, AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE RULES OF COURT, for the confiscation and/or escheat of said lands and/or greenhouses, copy furnished the Dangerous Drugs Board."
