PROCEDURES IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE INVESTIGATION OF MARITIME TRAINING CENTERS FOR VIOLATIONS OF TRAINING STANDARDS AND CORRESPONDING TABLE OF PENALTIES
In pursuance with MTC Resolution No. 8, Series of 2000 which was approved on November 15, 2000, and which prescribes and adopts the “Procedures in the Administrative Investigation of Maritime Training Centers for Violations of Training Standards and Corresponding Table of Penalties” and which is now effective as of January 15, 2001, all concerned are hereby informed of said Resolution Copy of which is hereto attached.
Accordingly, all accredited maritime training centers are directed to be guided with these procedures in the implementation of their respective quality systems manuals, particularly the offenses and violations as listed therein and the corresponding imposable penalties.
