[ SRA GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 1, November 26, 1998 ]
INCREASING THE LIEN APPLIED TO IMPORTED MOLASSES FROM P50.00/M.T. TO P200.00/M.T.
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 159, dated February 23, 1994 of the Office of the President, under and by virtue of the powers vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration, it is hereby ordered that:
SECTION 1. The lien applied on imported molasses having been increased, shall be imposed and collected:
SECTION 2. All other Charges and Fees currently being charged and collected and not covered by this Order shall continue to be collected.
SECTION 3. This Order shall take effect FIFTEEN (15) days after publication but not earlier than 01 March 1999.
SECTION 4. General Administrative Order No. 2, Series of 1997-1998 is hereby repealed.
