CSC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 19, S. OF 1999, DATED SEPTEMBER 14, 1999[*]



Pursuant to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 19, s. of 1999, dated September 14, 1999, the Rules of Procedure in the Conduct of Administrative Investigation in the Philippine Retirement Authority adopted under PRA Office Order No. 031 dated 23 June 1997 are hereby deemed repealed and the provisions of CSC Resolution No. 991936 dated August 31, 1999 are hereby adopted en toto.

Henceforth, the conduct of disciplinary proceedings in administrative cases brought before this Authority shall be governed by CSC Resolution No. 991936.

Each PRA personnel shall be furnished a copy of the above-said CSC Memorandum Circular and Resolution for his information and guidance.
