[ GSIS RESOLUTION NO. 245, November 22, 2004 ]

FILING OF FORMAL CHARGES AGAINST GSIS EMPLOYEES WHO WENT ON MASS LEAVE



RESOLVED, to AFFIRM the existing GSIS policy that benefits, except those which are statutory in nature, be withheld pending investigation of the concerned GSIS employees who went on mass leave on various dates on October 4 to 7, 2004.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to AUTHORIZE the Manager (Investigation Unit), to proceed with the investigation with a DIRECTIVE to verify carefully the evidence/proofs presented, to make sure that there is a very clear basis for the filing of formal charges against the employees, and finally, to expedite the hearing and resolution of the cases.
