SUBMISSION OF LIST OF PRODUCTS VALIDLY REGISTERED AND IN MARKET
The Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD) will be undertaking an activity to validate and update record of registered drug products active in the market. To pursue that activity, there is a need to look at all the validly registered products and drug products actually active in the market.
In view thereof, all drug manufacturers, traders, and distributors are hereby directed to submit a list of their products (together with their CPR numbers) using the form attached (A, B, C) not later than June 30, 1999. All submissions shall be addressed to the Office of the Director, BFAD.
Failure to submit the required list will signal BFAD to review the Certificates of Product Registration and deleting inactive products from the list of registered drug products after due notice.
