SECTION IV. Repealing Clause. — This order supersedes all other Orders and or Circulars issued inconsistent herewith.
SECTION V. Effectivity. — This revised rates on fees and charges shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation or upon publication in the Official Gazette.
