CLARIFYING LOCAL BUDGET CIRCULAR NO. 76 DATED NOVEMBER 5, 2002 ON THE CASH GIFT OF BARANGAY OFFICIALS

Purpose

This Circular is being issued to clarify Item 4.2 of Local Budget Circular (LBC) No. 76 dated November 5, 2002.

  2.0
  Clarification 

The pro-rated cash gift of Barangay Officials as provided for under Section 4.2 of LBC No. 76 is still subject to the condition that they shall still be in the service as of October 31 of the same year as provided under Section 3 of the same Circular.
