LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF TRIAD CONST. & DEV. CORP.
In view of the fact that Triad Construction and Development Corporation is already allowed to participate by the Local Water utilities Administration (LWUA) in their prequalification and bidding activities effective September 3, 1990 and in the light of the representation of the Administrator embodied in the letter dated 13 August 1990 that LWUA is limiting the period of suspension for erring contractors to three (3) years for first offenders, the suspension/blacklisting imposed on Triad Construction and Development Corporation and its officers/stockholders under Department Order No. 104 dated May 2, 1990 is hereby lifted effective immediately.
