[ LTO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 569-2005, February 07, 2005 ]

COMPUTERIZED PROCESSING OF TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING MAIDRS, LETAS AND ADLES



In view of the Commission on Audit, Commission Proper's Decision No. 2005-001, dated January 24, 2005, all concerned LTO officials and personnel are hereby directed to use the IT Facilities of the LTO IT Project for all transactions involving the Manufacturers, Assemblers, Importers, Dealers, Reporting System (MAIDRS), the Law Enforcement and Traffic Adjudication System (LETAS), and the Automated Drivers Licensing Examination System (ADLES), effective 08 February 2005.

All the foregoing transactions shall be processed under the specified computerized systems, but without collection of the applicable computer fees, pending issuance of a subsequent memorandum circular to this effect on March 1, 2005.

All LTO officials and personnel are directed to familiarize themselves with the use of these systems during this interim period.
