TERMINATION OF MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 2001-001
Pursuant to Board Resolution No. 01-11-15 dated November 28, 2001 which was passed by the VRB Board of Directors during its regular meeting, it was:
"RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that Memorandum Order No. 2001-001 dated 21 August 2001, known as The Guidelines in the Registration and Licensing of Videogram Peddlers is hereby revoked and terminated."
All videogram peddlers who were issued temporary license which expired a month after its issuance are hereby advised to secure new license as RETAILER and should comply with the existing requirements regarding licensing of retailers.
