SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF G.M. TIONGCO CONST., INC.
In view of the rescission by the Regional Director on May 10, 1990 of
the contract of G.M. Tiongco Construction, Inc. for the restoration of
Loay Interior Road, Km. 55+474.5 — Km. 73+597, with exception, the said
G.M. Tiongco Construction, Inc. and its officers and/or stockholders are
hereby suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or
entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies for
a period of one (1) year effective from date of rescission.
In addition, all concerned are ordered not to release any sum of money to G.M. Tiongco Construction, Inc. pending settlement of its financial obligations in connection with its rescinded contract without prior clearance from this Office.
