[ POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 43, May 26, 1992 ]
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES FOR TAIWAN
Further to Memorandum Circular No. 24, Series of 1992; dated 25 March 1992, regarding the Hiring Guidelines for Taiwan, the following provisions are hereby issued:
1. Model Employment Contract as a requirement for POEA Accreditation should be verified by the Philippine Special Labor Representative in Manila Economic and Cultural Office in Taiwan.
2. The requirement for the employers presentation of the business license to the Philippine Labor Center is dropped given the Council of Labor Affairs (CLA) issuance of authority to recruit foreign labor.

Adopted: 26 May 1992
